DEVELOPING: The Boston Marathon headquarters has been locked down after two explosions were reported near the finish line, a spokesman told Reuters.
Details and information is very sketchy right now as this just happened about an hour ago but witnesses reportedly heard two booms near the finish line inside the Fairmount Copley Plaza Hotel that sounded like two claps of thunder. The race was continuing at the time of the explosions, but appears to have been cancelled or suspended at this point. Again, details are still coming in.
The Associated Press says there are reports of injuries.
